I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach living in Paris. Originally from London, I started my career as a Veterinary Surgeon in 2013. Having always had an unwavering passion for all things health, fitness and competitive sport, in 2017 I followed that passion and qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Coach.
Since embarking on triathlons in early 2017, I have pursued the improvement of strength and performance via targeted training and nutrition. This not only benefits sporting activity but also boosts daily performance whatever your age whether in education, at work or as a parent.
My pursuit and dedication paid off. In June 2019 I took on my first Ironman 70.3 distance in triathlon and went on to qualify for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Nice in September 2019.
My main objective is to demonstrate that no matter what your circumstances, being healthy and fit and conscious of what you eat is possible for everyone.
I am certainly no stranger to being busy and always on the go. Training, working and still having time for a social life does not mean you can’t make good and considered food choices to live a healthy life. Not only as a veterinary surgeon but also now with running my own business, training for and racing triathlons and learning a new culture and language, I believe I am proof that it is possible.
It is my aim to help coach others to make nutrition and exercise the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle that can be enjoyed and not seen as a chore or inconvenience. To build strong foundations for a long and healthy life and an injury proof body.
