30 minute WFH/Office Mobility and Stretch

If you find that you are moving a lot less since lockdown, working from home and sitting in one position for long periods then this short video is for you. All you need is a mat and a small space to stretch and move. This session targets all the areas that can feel tense and stiff after a long day at the desk. Working through the spine, upper back, lower back, hips and glutes. With a sneaky bit of core work too to help you feel reinvigorated.
